AI Agent Applications
AI agent products from concept to launch: agent architecture, tool calling, knowledge bases, long-term memory, streaming chat UX, monetization.
I want this site to be an ongoing conversation: how I work, what I believe, and what I'm handing over to the world. Over the past few years as an indie developer, between client projects I kept distilling real needs and incubating my own products. That's the journey so far.
I can start from a vague thought and help you turn it into something real, clear and usable.
Start a project ↗AI agent products from concept to launch: agent architecture, tool calling, knowledge bases, long-term memory, streaming chat UX, monetization.
From information architecture and visual direction to front-end implementation — a page that actually represents you.
Turn an existing design or a vague idea into a front-end that is usable, shippable, and ready to iterate.
Cocos Creator / WebGL: mini-games, interactive courseware, 3D roaming, data-visualization dashboards.
Front-end architecture, component library design, build optimization, team standards, code review culture.
From custom client work to FateMesh, an AI divination agent platform — I keep being drawn to the same thing: turning abstract logic into experiences people can feel. Building isn't about showing off tech. It's asking: can code really change how a person learns, decides, lives? Every pain point in a real project is a seed for the next product.
Code serves the experience; the experience serves real value.Related content ↗
After client projects across many industries, I'm convinced: no matter how cool the tech or beautiful the animation, if it doesn't solve a real business problem or user pain, it's self-entertainment. Now I ask first: who pays for this? In what scenario? Can it be reused? Only then do I pick the stack. That business-first instinct was trained by countless client projects.
Nail the business and user value first; the tech and expression come after.Related content ↗
Client requirements are often vague and shifting. I learned to: get the core loop running first (MVP), turn volatile business logic into configuration and components, and solidify the stable engineering foundation. With FateMesh, SpaceRoam and other products running in parallel, client work feeds back into my own bets instead of betting on one thing. Capture ideas → validate fast → share for feedback → decide whether to go deep. That's my rhythm with uncertainty.
Solidify the core, decouple the volatile, ship small, try many.Related content ↗
At a big company, resources were there and roles were clear. Now I face everything alone: product definition, tech choices, design, deployment, SEO, monetization, even legal and taxes. It forced me to build a personal workflow for "turning ideas into working products at minimal cost": a familiar stack (Next.js + TS + Tailwind), reusable components, a standard release process, automated CI/CD. That workflow is my real moat.
The compounding of toolchains and workflows matters more than any single project's success.Related content ↗
Core of FateMesh: AI agent architecture, tool calling (chart casting, card drawing), knowledge retrieval (RAG), long-term memory, MCP protocol integration, streaming chat UX. Making AI go from "can only chat" to "can act".
Deriving tech decisions from real business goals, not finding excuses to use tech. Served education, e-commerce, tourism, finance — cross-domain requirement modeling experience.
JavaScript / TypeScript / Node.js / React / Vue full-stack development: architecture, component libraries, CI/CD, operations. REST/GraphQL, WebSocket realtime.
